Fisher Folk Education and Empowerment trust
The trust was established to create a common platform to support fishermen community forever to be equipped with sustainability and competitive in the forefront of the challenging society.
The Trust was officially registered on 01 Dec 2021 and the launch program was held on 05 Jan 2022.
Activities
Create endowments on the name of community leaders towards recognizing talented fisherfolks by certification and cash award.
To set up fisher folk community empowerment centers.
To help the victims of fisher folk as well as other marginalized people for rehabilitation during disaster/natural calamities period.
Organogram
The Trust is encompassed with 3 different components; Founders, Directors and Village committees.
It composed with mixture of professionals from various areas; Fishermen, Administrators, Entrepreneurs, Engineers, Scientists, Teachers and Officials.
Administration
Founding Trustees
Hold the control of all the activities of the trust including administration and accounts.
Trust Members
Appointed by the founding trustees for the operation by adhering to the scope and rules of the Trust.
Staffs
Appointed by the trust will work for the trust according to the job descriptions highlighted during the appointment.
Volunteers
Select time to time by the Trust for helping with the activities of the trust.
